Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
House consider the Senate message (page 2299) on the following at              
this time:

Relating to the Alaska Council of Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and                  
Deaf/Blind.

Representative Porter moved that the House concur in the Senate                
amendment to HCR 19, thus adopting SCS HCR 19(HES), and                        
recommended that the members vote yes.                                         
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment
